How to read an ingredient list

Ingredient lists are ordered by concentration, so the first handful of ingredients tell you most of the story. Look for the actives you care about near the top.
Concentration matters, but so does formulation. A well-stabilised, lower-percentage active often outperforms a high-percentage one that degrades on the shelf.
We publish our key actives and their roles for every formula. If a claim can't be explained plainly, it probably isn't worth making.
